Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraising Manager to join its team This full-time role involves leading the organisation’s fundraising efforts, enhancing community outreach, and driving income growth through innovative campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet annual income targets.
- Lead and coordinate fundraising events, ensuring they are well-promoted, compliant, and effectively managed.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and local businesses to drive engagement and support.
- Manage a small team of fundraisers and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Oversee the use of CRM systems for donor management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Develop engaging marketing and communication materials to promote fundraising activities and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years proven experience in a similar fundraising role, with a strong track record of achieving income targets.
- Cert IoF (Institute of Fundraising)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a wide range of supporters.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in managing a team and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for charity work and community engagement.
