Main Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Social Lead to help ideate, plan, develop and produce social content daily that builds and engages audiences across COPA90’s operated social channels.
  • Source and curate content from COPA90’s collective of partners that aligns with COPA90’s brand positioning while ensuring it is best optimised for social.
  • Working alongside the Social Lead, help deliver COPA90’s daily publishing plan, posting native content directly to Instagram & Twitter.
  • Create social copy that delivers COPA90’s brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and accurate TOV.
  • Encourage fan participation through active community management, curating unique fan UGC (sourced both on and off platform).
  • Track, analyse and communicate key audience metrics.
  • Build and manage a Football calendar, ensuring COPA90 has a voice in all the key moments.

    • Monitor the progress of projects and work programs against agreed-upon KPIs and targets, reporting, as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Fundraising or charity background with a focus on business collaborations.
    • Successful track record in acquiring new business.
    • Established experience in proficient account management.
    • Strong skills in negotiation, networking, and relationship management.
    • In-depth understanding of charity law as it pertains to fundraising.
    • Motivating, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
