- Discover and cultivate fresh business prospects via networking and cold outreach
- Perform market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and industries for growth opportunities
- Foster enduring relationships with current clients, prioritizing satisfaction and fostering repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions addressing clients' specific needs
- Skilfully negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
Requirements –
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles
- Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building rapport with clients
- A-Level or equivalent education is preferred
- Prior experience in business development for at least 1 year is preferred
