Role Overview

Our client is looking for a passionate and skilled Relationships Manager to help transform their organisation on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with local partnerships to support the development and implementation of innovative solutions that address the complex challenges facing the disadvantaged in securing sustainable employment. Main Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with local partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing support to help partnerships develop shared ambitions for systemic change.
  • Accompany partnerships through their processes, monitoring progress and identifying challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between local partners and internal teams, bringing local insights into strategic decision-making.
  • Lead engagement with local partnerships, ensuring the involvement in decision-making and design.
  • Prepare and oversee grant agreements, ensuring compliance with milestones and budgets.
  • Identify funding opportunities and help partnerships develop business cases for additional support.
  • Support partnerships in developing new models of working that align with wider policy changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership, fundraising, and grant management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with senior stakeholders and foster collaborative action.
  • Experience in managing projects, budgets, and contracts with effective monitoring and performance oversight.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A genuine commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
