Main Responsibilities –

  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and care consistently
  • Take ownership of personal professional growth and engage in relevant training and activities, both internally and externally
  • Perform all tasks in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Uphold and actively support the equal opportunities policy, working to eliminate discrimination based on race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, or status in our services 

Requirements –

  • At least two years of full-time, paid experience working with challenging youth
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in youth work or equivalent, along with Level 2 in English
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A keen interest in topics related to teaching and learning
