Role Overview

In this role, you’ll assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the team to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll also contribute to marketing efforts, including events and social media, leveraging your creativity and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and KPIs through exceptional service.
  • Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
  • Support team training, coaching, and development.
  • Assist in scheduling and performance management.
  • Manage stock, cash, and security processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of supervisory or assistant management experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000 - £30,000 per year plus bonus
