Main Responsibilities –

  • Spearhead the formulation of strategic plans and annual budgets for the organization's Digital Marketing & Fundraising division, incorporating the creation of financial models, establishment of business cases, and diligent monitoring of budgets with regular updates to forecasts
  • Cultivate an environment of excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through a methodology of testing, learning, and iteration
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes and ensure swift implementation of actions
  • Take charge of overseeing and evaluating the performance of our media agency, collaborating closely with the Paid Media Manager to devise a digital media strategy aligned with predetermined KPIs
  • Assume a leadership role in fostering collaboration among stakeholders throughout the organization, integrating disparate digital marketing initiatives (owned and earned) to streamline efforts and maximize both effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements –

  • Vast expertise in developing, executing, and refining digital strategies and user experiences aimed at driving sales or fundraising result

Within the Corporate and Community team, this position focuses on cultivating strong relationships with companies to not only achieve but surpass income targets and align with the organization's CSR objectives.

    Embracing a unified philosophy across the Fundraising and Engagement department, the incumbent collaborates effectively to ensure optimal utilization of technology. Furthermore, they are dedicated to overseeing continuous improvement in all processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate effectively to strategise and execute engagement and fundraising plans.
    • Utilize diverse tools, including networking and existing contacts, to research and identify new business opportunities.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated account, delivering exceptional account management.
