Role Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Microsoft Developer to join their Transformation-IT team on a full-time, fixed-term (1-year) basis. This role plays a key part in developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support the organisation’s mission.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customise, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Manage data integrations, migrations, and performance optimization for CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Provide user training and maintain system documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.



Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, CSS, JSON, and SQL etc.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to manage data integration and migration projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience providing CRM user training and support.
