Job Description

Role Overview 

Our client is seeking a Membership Administrator to support the delivery of End Point Assessments (EPA) within their membership services team. This role plays a key part in managing and organising the EPA process, ensuring it aligns with regulatory standards and timelines. Reporting to the Senior EPA Manager, the Membership Coordinator will handle applications, organise interviews, and support quality assurance activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process EPA applications, meeting set deadlines and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and assessors, setting up virtual meetings and maintaining communication.
  • Track and update assessment records, providing support during review meetings.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives for EPA application and interview management.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and confidence in liaising with stakeholders via email and phone.
  • Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual platforms such as MS Teams.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is highly desirable.
