Role Overview

The Graduate Project is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to work with one of our prestigious clients in the healthcare sector. As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing specialist project management, analysis, and facilitation skills to support the delivery of effective solutions within IT and all business areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and develop high-level plans, taking into account strategic objectives and other project dependencies.
  • Analyse options and make recommendations while managing project activities day to day.
  • Develop and continuously improve project management procedures to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Build and develop effective relationships with business, support function, and 3rd party stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
  • Produce project reports on time and to the detail and frequency required while reporting to Programme and Project Boards and Directors as required.
  • Manage project teams comprising of varying roles.
  • Direct business projects on using IT solutions that meet the tactical and strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade, as required by the Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)

    Role Overview

    This role provides technical administrative support to a financial team, assisting with delivering financial planning services to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Administrator and has the potential to develop into a paraplanning role with access to training opportunities.


    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level client service and build long-term relationships.
    • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
    • Process new business submissions and gather information for reviews.
    • Prepare client documents, including applications and portfolio adjustments.
    • Ensure client information is accurate and compliant with regulations.
    • Maintain well-organized client files and handle follow-up tasks.
    • Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering and GDPR procedures.
    • Prepare agendas and assist with management information.

    Requirements

    • Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate resource usage and identify efficiencies.
    • Support the design and monitoring of performance metrics to track progress and impact.
    • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to develop optimised process proposals.

    Requirements

    • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
    • Qualifications in process mapping and improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

    Desirable:
